Wow, wow, wow. Our Holly Springs High School Colla Voce choral ensemble has been invited to participate in a VERY prestigious event this winter, the London International Choral Festival.
I sat down with the ensemble's director, Jenny Patchett, and the Choral Boosters' Patron Chair, Barbara Koch on October 10 at the school to talk about the trip and about the money they're trying to raise so the cost of the trip is within reach to ALL of the students in the group.
Only FOUR groups in the entire United States were invited, and our own Holly Springs High School is part of it. This is something we should be EXTREMELY proud of!
